Digital Recording Equipment RFP

 

The Onslow County Partnership for Children (OCPC), a private, non-profit 501(c)3, serves the interest of Onslow County’s children and their families.  The OCPC administers the funding for the Onslow County Child Advocacy Center and is currently accepting proposals for the following areas for the fiscal year 2009-2010 (July 1, 2009-June 30, 2010):

 

Digital Recording Equipment for one interview room and one observation room to include, but not limited to: digital video recorder, server, monitor, cameras, microphones, CD/DVD burner, and storage device

All interested individuals, businesses or agencies may contact Renee Johnson at the OCPC at (910) 353-7892 or renee.johnson@onslowkids.org to obtain a Request for Proposal (RFP) packet. You may also download all necessary application materials from the Onslow County Partnership for Children website at www.onslowkids.org .  All completed proposals with required documentation must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm, February 9, 2010, to the Onslow County Partnership for Children at 308 Western Blvd., Jacksonville, NC 28546.  Late proposals will not be considered.

 

The vendor awarded the contract will be responsible for the Child Advocacy Center’s digital recording equipment for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. The bid should include a complete synopsis of equipment and installation requirements for one interviewing room and one observation room.
